Bachelor's degree in ANY major
U.S. citizenship or permanent residency
Commitment to teach 4 years at a high-need Hamilton County School
Passion for equity, social justice, and teaching

Begin by filling out Part 1 of the application. As you advance through the process, you will fill out Part 2 which consists of essay questions, and Part 3 which consists of your resume, transcripts, and references.

After completing Part 1 of the application, you will be contacted for an initial phone interview. After successful completion, you will advance to a Zoom interview with the entire Project Inspire staff.

Successful candidates will then be invited to Selection Days (typically a Sunday and Monday), where we will assess the applicant's passion to teach, teamwork style, and coachability.
